Directions: Use once per day. 1. Grasp a single gell applicator. Break or snap off the end to open. 2. Apply the gel to the top and bottom teeth. Spread evenly with fingertip. 3. Hold mouth piece with raised edge facing towards you. Insert one side and then the other adjusting lips around raised edge. Bite down 'bite strip'.
